Paying Tribute to Maurice Kidd

In this edition of Court Cues we pay tribute to Maurice Kidd – a Court Associate who was part of The Court Theatre for over 30 years. Maurice passed away on Monday last week.

Maurice was an incredible scenic artist. He made a huge contribution to our company, and he is remembered in the workshop for the “Maurice Box”, which is still used by our team today. He met his partner Louisa at The Court, and together they worked on our 1985 Little Shop of Horrors.

Maurice generously sharing his talents and helped to bring to life many fabulous productions for thousands of people.

We send our condolences to Maurice’s partner Louisa and his family and friends.
